Mini funfetti LOVE day cupcakes

Now I know everyone tends to go towards the famous red velvet cupcake on love day, but how cute are these little ones?

They spell out l-o-v-e just as much, if not more than the mighty red velvet.  May I add that they don’t taste like slightly chocolate cake.  They taste like heavenly vanilla buttermilk. 

Don’t forget that they are quite sprinkle happy too. It’s a win-win.

Now, don’t hate me, but I wasn’t in the mood for buttercream today. Yep, that’s cream cheese frosting and it’s perfect.
